Rev. Molly Hayes
Lead Pastor

Pastor Molly arrived in 2017 with a variety of ministry experiences: a large church associate pastor, a pediatric hospital chaplain, and a director of children's ministry. She serves as the Central Texas Conference Secretary for Global Ministries, helping local churches and people connect with the missionaries and ministries around the world. Pastor Molly is a co-founder of Water to Life, a non-profit that provides access to clean water as a way of inviting people to the transformational power of Christ’s love in their life.

A native Texan, Molly grew up in Fort Worth as a lifelong United Methodist. She studied Social Work at the University of Oklahoma, and received her Master’s of Divinity from Boston University School of Theology specializing in global and community engagement.

Molly is married to Chris who serves as senior pastor at First United Methodist Church in Arlington. Aside from juggling two churches, the two spend their time with their family of four boys Ben, Aaron, Reid, and Elliott. Some of her favorite things include:  traveling, finding delicious food, family game nights, all things Disney, and working out (so she can chase after four boys).

Rev. Eldon Reynolds   Associate Pastor of Pastoral Care

Pastor Eldon retired from full-time ministry from Church of the Good Shepherd, but couldn’t stay away long. Shortly after being appointed to Good Shepherd, Pastor Molly asked if Eldon would return to share his love of the people here. Pastor Eldon makes home visits, hospital visits, provides communion to those who can't make it to the church building, and helps the congregation to care for one another, especially in their times of need.

Pastor Eldon is married to Kay and loves spending time with their grandchildren and their weiner dogs when he isn't out and about spreading God's love to all he meets.

We have a number of volunteers who make the mission and ministry happen at our church.
We are so grateful to each of them for the important ways they serve.
